Hi, I’m Rachel, the owner and operator behind Cinci Made Embroidery.
My love for embroidery started back in high school making spirit wear and team pieces, and I was mostly self-taught in the beginning through a lot of trial, error, and obsession with getting it just right. Along the way, I also taught myself digitizing so I could turn logos and artwork into clean, stitch-ready files. That passion eventually took me to Kent State University for fashion design, where I learned how much construction, fabric, fit, and finishing matter when you’re stitching on real garments people wear and wash.
Today, Cinci Made Embroidery is a one-woman studio based in Cincinnati, and I personally handle every order from start to finish. I’m the one reviewing your artwork, dialing in sizing and placement, running the stitching, and making sure the final piece looks clean and professional. Whether it’s a corporate logo on polos or a monogram on a bridal keepsake, it’s all stitched with the same level of care.
What I specialize in
Most of my work falls into two worlds: corporate and bridal.
On the corporate side, I help businesses and teams look sharp with consistent logo embroidery across uniforms, polos, hats, jackets, and more. I pay close attention to placement and repeatability, especially for teams that need reorders for new hires or ongoing uniform updates. My goal is to make business embroidery feel easy: clear communication, consistent results, and a process you can rely on.
On the bridal side, I love the personal pieces. The getting-ready items, the small details, the sentimental keepsakes that become part of someone’s story. Bridal work is where embroidery feels extra meaningful, and I’m honored every time someone trusts me with those items.
Why I do it this way
I love making simple things feel personal and sentimental, and that applies to businesses too. A logo on a jacket isn’t “just a logo” when it represents someone’s hard work, their team, or the place they’re proud to be part of. Embroidery has a way of making things feel official, intentional, and special, without needing to be loud.
A Cincinnati project I’m proud of
Since starting Cinci Made, I’ve had the privilege of embroidering Cincinnati Ben-Gals uniforms, and my first year doing their pieces was the Bengals’ unforgettable 2021 Super Bowl season. I’ve embroidered every game-day uniform since along with two practice uniforms, and their newest pom pom bags, all stitched locally in Cincinnati with clean detail and consistency that holds up all season long. Huge shoutout to designer Kristen Bolt for bringing the look to life and trusting me with the embroidery side of it.
If you work with me, you’ll get honest guidance on what will stitch well, what sizing makes sense, and how to keep your branding consistent. I’ll help you choose the best route for your project, and I’ll make sure what you receive is something you’re excited to hand out, wear, or gift.
If you’re ready to get started, request a quote and tell me what you’re working on. I’ll take it from there, one stitch at a time. 🖤
