About Cinci Made Embroidery
Hi, I'm Rachel, the owner and operator behind Cinci Made Embroidery.
My love for embroidery started back in high school making spirit wear and team pieces. In the beginning, I was mostly self-taught through a lot of trial, error, and a genuine obsession with getting things just right. Along the way, I taught myself digitizing so I could turn logos and artwork into clean, stitch-ready embroidery files.
That passion eventually led me to Kent State University, where I studied Fashion Design and developed a deeper understanding of garment construction, fabric, fit, and finishing.
After college, I spent seven years as an in-house embroidery artist for a large apparel company based in Louisville with a Cincinnati location. During that time, I worked on everything from corporate branding and team apparel to production embroidery at scale, gaining hands-on experience with digitizing, garment decoration, quality control, and the consistency that professional embroidery requires.
Those experiences, combined with my design background and years behind the machine, still shape the way I approach every project today. When you're stitching on garments people wear, wash, gift, and treasure, the details matter.
Today, Cinci Made Embroidery is the culmination of more than a decade of embroidery experience, design education, and hands-on production work. As a one-woman embroidery studio based in Cincinnati, I personally handle every order from start to finish. I'm the one reviewing your artwork, dialing in sizing and placement, running the machines, and inspecting the final piece before it leaves the studio.
Whether it's a corporate logo on a polo, a custom patch, a bridal keepsake, or a personalized gift, every piece receives the same attention to detail and care.
Proudly Cincinnati
Cincinnati is more than where I do business. It's home.
You'll find Cinci Made Embroidery at our storefront located at 9400 Reading Road, right across from Reading Feed & Garden Center. It's a space built around creativity, craftsmanship, and community.
As a local, women-owned business, I love working with Cincinnati families, small businesses, schools, teams, organizations, and fellow creatives. Some of my favorite projects come from helping local businesses grow their brands and helping people celebrate life's biggest milestones.
A Growing Part of Cinci Made
One of the most exciting parts of this journey has been the growth of live embroidery experiences.
What started as a unique service offering has quickly become one of the fastest-growing parts of the business. There's something special about watching a piece come to life right in front of you. Guests choose their personalization, watch the embroidery happen in real time, and leave with something made just for them.
From bridal showers and weddings to corporate events, brand activations, pop-ups, sponsor lounges, and community events, live embroidery creates an experience people remember long after the event is over.
As Cinci Made continues to grow, I'm excited to bring more live embroidery experiences to Cincinnati and beyond, helping guests leave with something personal, meaningful, and stitched right in front of them.
What I Specialize In
Most of my work falls into two worlds: corporate and bridal.
Corporate Embroidery
I help businesses, organizations, and teams create polished, professional apparel with consistent logo embroidery across polos, uniforms, hats, jackets, quarter-zips, and more.
I pay close attention to placement, sizing, and repeatability, especially for businesses that need ongoing reorders for new hires, team growth, or seasonal apparel updates. My goal is to make business embroidery simple: clear communication, consistent results, and a process you can rely on.
Bridal & Keepsake Embroidery
The other side of my work is deeply personal.
I love creating wedding and keepsake pieces that become part of someone's story. From embroidered veils and bridal jackets to handkerchiefs, gifts, and personalized details, these projects often become treasured mementos long after the celebration ends.
Bridal embroidery is where craftsmanship and sentiment come together, and I'm honored every time someone trusts me with those pieces.
A Cincinnati Project I'm Proud Of
One of the greatest honors of my career has been embroidering the uniforms for the Cincinnati Ben-Gals.
My first season working on their pieces was during the Bengals' unforgettable 2021 Super Bowl run. Since then, I've embroidered every game-day uniform, practice uniforms, and their newest pom pom bags.
It's a project that represents everything I love about embroidery: precision, consistency, craftsmanship, and being part of something bigger than myself. A huge thank you to designer Kristen Bolt for creating such an iconic look and trusting me with the embroidery.
Why I Do It This Way
I love making everyday items feel personal and meaningful.
A logo on a jacket isn't just a logo when it represents someone's business, hard work, or team. A monogram isn't just thread when it's part of a wedding day memory. Embroidery has a way of making things feel intentional, lasting, and special without needing to be loud.
When you work with me, you'll get honest guidance on what will stitch well, what sizing makes sense, and how to make your project look its best. I'll help you choose the right approach and make sure what you receive is something you're proud to wear, gift, or share.
Let's Make Something Together
Whether you're looking for custom embroidery, business apparel, bridal keepsakes, live embroidery for an event, or a one-of-a-kind personalized gift, I'd love to hear what you're working on.
Stop by the studio, send a message, or request a quote and tell me about your project. I'll take it from there, one stitch at a time. 🖤
