Custom Embroidery in Cincinnati

I provide clean, professional embroidery for businesses, teams, and individuals. From one-off gifts to full uniform programs, my goal is to make embroidery feel simple and stress-free. I work with professional equipment, focus on consistent placement and clean stitching, and make sure your finished pieces look polished and ready to wear. Everything is embroidered right here in Cincinnati.

What I Embroider

Most of my work is business and team apparel like uniforms, polos, work shirts, hats, beanies, jackets, and outerwear. I also embroider bags like totes and backpacks, plus event and team merch when you need your group to look cohesive. If you’re shopping for something personal, I can help with baby items and keepsakes too. If it can fit in a hoop and it’s embroidery-friendly, I’m happy to take a look and tell you the best option for your project.

Logo Embroidery for Businesses and Teams

If you’re ordering for a business, department, or team, I can help you build a consistent look across different items and future reorders. That includes choosing the best size for your logo, recommending placement (left chest is the most common), and keeping your file organized so reorders are easy. Whether you need a one-time run or something ongoing for new hires, I’ll keep it streamlined and consistent.

How It Works

You send your logo or idea, along with what items you want embroidered and about how many you need. I’ll follow up with a clear quote and, when needed, a proof so you can confirm sizing and placement before anything is stitched. Once you approve everything, I’ll complete the embroidery and let you know when it’s ready. You can pick up locally in Cincinnati or choose shipping, depending on what’s easiest for you.

Business-Friendly Perks

I offer low minimums so you don’t have to over-order. I keep placement and sizing consistent so your team looks uniform across different apparel styles. Reorders are easy, especially for new hires, so you don’t have to start from scratch each time. If you’re local, pickup is available, and if you’re not, shipping is always an option.

Need Apparel Too?

If you don’t already have garments, you can choose items from my supplier catalog. It’s a great option for polos, jackets, hats, and more. Once you find what you like, send me the item link and color along with your size breakdown, and I’ll quote everything together with embroidery included.

Helpful Details to Include in Your Quote Request

To keep things moving quickly, it helps if you include what you’re embroidering, where you want the embroidery placed (left chest is most common), approximate quantity, and any deadline you’re working with. If you have a logo file, sending the best version you have is perfect. If you don’t, I can still work from a clear image in most cases.

I offer low minimums and can often accommodate small runs. For business/team orders, I can also set you up for easy reorders as new hires come on.

Can I bring my own items to be embroidered?

🖤

What file type do you need for my logo?
The best files are vector formats like AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG. If you don’t have those, a high-resolution PNG or JPG can often work. If the logo is low quality, I’ll tell you what needs to be improved before stitching.

Will I get a proof before you embroider?
Yes. When needed, I’ll send a proof showing sizing and placement for approval before stitching.

Where do you place embroidery?
Left chest is the most common for business apparel, but I can also do hats, sleeves, backs, and other placements depending on the item. I’ll recommend what looks best for your project.

Can you match thread colors?
I can match closely to your brand colors using thread options available. Exact matches can vary slightly from screen colors and fabric types.

Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes. Rush availability depends on my current production schedule. If you’re on a tight deadline, reach out and I’ll see what I can do.

Do you ship?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Cincinnati, and shipping is available anywhere.

Supplied Garment Release Agreement

Supplied Garment Release Agreement

By providing your own garments or items (“Customer Supplied Goods”) to Cinci Made Embroidery for embroidery services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Customer Supplied Goods are embroidered at customer risk.

Embroidery requires needles, tension, stabilizers, and machine stitching. Because of the nature of the process, there is always a risk of damage to garments or items, including but not limited to needle marks, fabric pulls, thread breaks, hoop burn, puckering, color variation, and mis-stitching.

2. No guarantee on customer supplied items.

Cinci Made Embroidery is not responsible for defects in customer supplied goods, including existing wear, weak seams, delicate fabrics, shrinking, dye bleeding, or manufacturer flaws that may become visible during or after embroidery.

3. Replacement responsibility.

If a customer supplied item is damaged, mis-stitched, or otherwise unusable during the embroidery process, Cinci Made Embroidery is not responsible for replacing the item or reimbursing the cost of the item. The customer may provide a replacement item if they wish to continue the order.

4. Testing and recommendations.

I may recommend against embroidering certain materials or items if they are not embroidery-friendly. If you choose to proceed against my recommendation, you accept full responsibility for the outcome.

5. Placement and approval.

You are responsible for approving artwork, sizing, and placement details before production begins. Minor placement variation can occur due to seams, zippers, pockets, and item construction.

6. Customer supplied items must be ready to embroider.

Items should be clean and free of pet hair, scents, or heavy lint. Items should be delivered in a condition suitable for embroidery.

7. Agreement and authorization.

By dropping off, shipping, or otherwise providing customer supplied items to Cinci Made Embroidery for embroidery services, you authorize me to perform embroidery services and you acknowledge and accept the terms of this agreement.
