• Small parties: Starting at $500. Perfect for intimate celebrations, bridal showers, birthdays, and private gatherings.
• Larger hosted activations: Starting at $1,000. The host covers the embroidery experience so guests can enjoy complimentary personalization.
• Guest-paid vendor experiences: Event fees start at $750. Guests purchase their embroidery separately during the event.
• Conventions and multi-day events: Custom quoted. Partnerships may combine guest-paid embroidery with an agreed daily minimum revenue guarantee.

These are starting prices. Your final quote depends on event length, location, guest count, selected items, personalization options, staffing, and the number of machines needed. Merchandise, travel, and any design preparation fees will be outlined in your proposal.
