Live Embroidery for Weddings and Events
Cinci Made Embroidery brings a commercial embroidery machine directly to your event so guests can watch their item being stitched live.
Guests choose an item and personalize it with a name, initials, or a small design. Each piece is embroidered during the event and taken home as a custom favor.
It is part entertainment and part keepsake, and it always becomes a highlight of the celebration.

How It Works
- An embroidery station is set up at your event
- Guests choose an item such as a hat, tote, or bandana

Most designs stitch in just a few minutes so the line keeps moving throughout the event.

Typical Booking Timeline
Most weddings and large events book 1 to 2 months in advance.
Due to travel and setup, a limited number of live embroidery events are scheduled each month.
Cinci Made Embroidery is run by Rachel Frisby, a Kent State Fashion Design graduate with over 10 years of embroidery and design experience. All work is stitched on a commercial 15 needle embroidery machine inside the studio at Chasing Cali Collective in Cincinnati.
